Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is deburring?
Large pieces, small parts, ferrous or nonferrous metals-if they’ve been machined, they very likely have burrs that need to be removed. Very often small, delicate or complicated pieces have burrs created at intersection of cross-drilled holes or in other places that are almost inaccessible. We remove those burrs without breakage or damage to your piece.
2. How do you handle delicate, complicated pieces?
a. We use abrasive jet machining (AJM) for those applications which usually would require hand-deburring. It has proved to be a problem solver and saves money for you, our valued client.
b. We have developed our own ultrasonic method for deburring delicate pieces.
3. What areas of deburring do you specialize in?
All areas of the deburring process are handled by our professional specialists. We can provide expert treatment in Vibrating, Tumbling, Hand Deburring, Sandblasting and Polishing and Buffing.
