Patented Air Rise® system reduces operating costs

With the patented Air Rise® system featured in PowerMaster® modules, you don't need hoists, cables or pulleys. Operator time is reduced. The load is lowered automatically into the immersion chamber on the pneumatically-controlled platform, and the cover closes simultaneously. Agitation begins after the cover closes, and stops before the cover opens. This exclusive system prevents uncecessary heat loss, improves the working environment, and makes it easier to comply with today's safety requirements.





Multi-Stage Units

Modular design means you can combine PowerMaster® units into multi-stage or custom engineered systems.

Advanced standard features:

  • A single control panel programs operations and monitors solution temperature and level. It also permits manual override of automatic operation.
  • Electro-mechanical agitation moves the load through 138 four-inch vertical strokes per minute, to effectively clean and treat all shapes and sizes. Electro-mechanical agitation also consumes less electricity than compressed-air agitation systems. And cleans faster. You save energy, time and operating costs with a PowerMaster® system.
  • Solutions heated with electricity.  The temperature in each tank is thermostatically controlled

PW125 Stainless Steel Agitated Immersion Washing System

All of the great features you've come to expect from KleenTec, but in less space.  The PW125 AME comes with everything you need to make cleaning tasks push button simple with the newly designed compact agitated immersion washing system.

Insulated stainless steel construction, electric heat, air rise system allows cover to automatically open when carrier platform rises, filter system with sparger bar, and oil skimmer makes the PW125 AME 125 pound capacity the easiest and most complete way to clean.

The PW125 AME can be used as a stand alone parts washing station or form the building blocks for a complete engineered parts cleaning system including conveyors, elevators, dryers and other accessories to provide a fully automated or semi-automated multi-staged operation.





KT8000 Ultrasonic Parts Washer

High frequency sound waves introduced into the cleaning fluid produce a physical effect known as ultrasonic cavitation.  Cavitation is the formation and immediate collapse and subsequent implosion of microscopic bubbles in the fluid which gently removes the grease and oil contaminates.





KT9000 Series

This non-heated unit uses mineral spirits.
