Ultrasonic deburring is exclusive to TEK Deburr.  It enables us to remove light burrs in most inaccessible areas.  Also used to deburr ultra thin parts which would normally be distorted under normal mechanical deburring.

In this area we are second to none.  Choosing the proper piece of equipment, the use of proper media is almost an art form.  Most of our customers have deburring equipment but give their work to us because of disastrous experiences in the misuse of their equipment and /or media.  We have the expertise and experience to do every job the proper way.  Many times, it takes a mixture of 2 or 3 medias to achieve the desired results.

Our Centrifugal Deburring process enables us to deburr small parts that normally cannot be done in conventional machines.  It lets us take micro media and add G forces to it, which in turn deburrs areas that are normally inaccessible in mechanical deburring machines.

Our Precision Deburring Program started when Sperry Gyroscope got involved in the Polaris Program, which was the first to have missiles fired from a submarine.  They required 40 Power Deburring Specs to be deburred under a microscope.  We were one of only a few in the country to achieve this.  Our reputation is well known.
